1. Acceptance
By using ToBeDoo ("the app", "service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Use of the service
You may use ToBeDoo for personal or internal business task management. You must not use it to violate any law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, abuse the systems (e.g. excessive automated requests), or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our infrastructure.
3. Account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or for operational or legal reasons.
4. Paid plans
Paid plans (e.g. Pro) may be offered separately. Payment terms, refunds, and plan features will be described at signup or on the pricing page. By subscribing, you agree to the payment terms presented at that time.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create (tasks, notes). You grant us the rights we need to operate the service (e.g. storing, syncing to Google, running AI analysis when you use that feature). We do not claim ownership of your content.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-generated content is for assistance only and is not legal, medical, or professional advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you have not paid).
8. Changes
We may change these terms. The "Last updated" date will be revised when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. For material changes we may notify you via the app or email where possible.
